PARTNER WITH GVI
GVI has been operating international service projects since 1997 and importantly we run all our own programs, with GVI Staff on the ground, under the direction of local organizations. We have an alumni base of over 28,000, have a great health and safety reputation and provide significant impact on the ground through our long-term programs. These, in turn, have led to partnerships with NGOs, universities and government bodies around the world for the implementation of our projects, including the likes of WWF (Mexico), Save the Children (Mexico), Red Cross (Fiji), and South Africa National Parks Board, amongst various others.
The quality of our reputation has lead to partnerships with many Universities and Schools such as Duke, Stanford, The Ohio State University, and Endicott College to help with their students’ education and training.
We are very excited to announce that GVI has made a support package available for organizations in Latin America working on projects that ultimately, will help tackle the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. Click on the button below to view our partnership request form!
Who are we looking to partner with?
We are seeking applications from NGOs and government agencies working on local, nationwide issues and UN SDGs, that have a proven track record of success, and are keen to expand their work in partnership with GVI over a period of at least 5 years. The host organizations will direct the project work and maintain the rights to the credit of all works. GVI staff will manage the project participants and will work in support of the host organization.
The support package will be in the form of:
- Experienced and skilled staff
- Trained international participants
- Local capacity building initiative to train local staff and community members
- Project equipment
- Project running costs
In return, the host organization must be able to supply:
- Detailed project brief and direction
- Ongoing project direction and feedback
- Local logistical advice
- Visa and legal support and advice
